Claymore Securities, Inc. considers your privacy our utmost
concern. In order to provide you with individualized service, we collect certain
nonpublic personal information about you from information you provide on applications
or other forms (such as name, address, social security number, age, financial status,
assets, income, tax information, retirement and estate plan information, transaction
history, account balance, payment history, investment objectives, marital status,
family relationships, information that we collect on our website through the use
of “cookies”, and other personal information). We may also collect such information
through your inquires by mail, e-mail or telephone.
We do not sell any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone. We also do
not share such information except when needed to process transactions at your request
or to make you aware of related financial products and services that we offer. Here

- In order to complete certain transactions or make account changes that you direct,
it may be necessary to provide identifying information to companies, individuals
or groups that are affili ated with Claymore Securities, Inc. For example, if you
request the transfer of assets from another financial institution to Claymore Securities,
Inc., we will need to provide certain information about you to that company to complete
the transaction.
- In order to service your account and effect your transactions, we may provide your
personal information, as described above, to unaffiliated companies that perform
administrative and other services on our behalf, such as transfer agents. We will
